Dream 6-9-10: The Master RETURNS

Dream 6-9-10

It has been awhile since I had dreamed of The Master from Doctor Who, most notably the John Simm version (of hottness). So I was pleasantly surprised to reignite old-lusts that came to light in my subconscious by having a very epic, long dream.

It began at my grandma’s house. She had some guests over and I think I talking to a half-real version of my DW-friend. One of the guests was none other than the Master himself, blonde in his black suit and tie! I proceeded to express my discomforting fear that I hoped he would not act like what he did in the old RP’s I used to do, aloud. He kept watching me, looking about wherever I went in the house. Finally I couldn’t take it and thought he wouldn’t be interested in me, which frankly was a good thing. I escaped through the sliding door while he was at the otherside of the house and started to flap my way over the fence and through grandma’s neighbor’s yard. Out I went to the streets, feeling better now that I was heading away and into the depths of her suburb, which had warped into a carnival town.

So there I was, all these buildings I was flapping and flying slowly above the concrete. Beyond was the rides, beyond the fence with clown pictures. I dared not to go there, so I turned around. I noted that I was glad he didn’t follow me. So there I was, flying, and I went past a farmer’s fruit stand. There was a guy who asked how much I thought those ‘squash’ which were in fact creamy-orange pumpkins were. I replied 8 dimes, so he gave me 12 and told me to help me get them. As we walked towards them *we were up the air at a distance looking down* I began to realize he wanted help shoplifting them! I passed the money back from my palm to him and left, going to my left.

To my left I went, passing the school secretaries as I went through a building. It was deja vu again, from a dream I had where I was in an art museum. I leapt over the gallery-inside balcony to the ground, giving an old lady a puzzled look as I went. I past a theatre where there was a show about to start, something Italian and puppet-like I went past the ticket takers and to the outside, I had gone round in a circle!

Now to my left was a bed where people were sleeping. A robot-thing was there resting its head on a dark-haired middle aged lady’s, while our school secretaries slept on a sofa. I entered into the robot’s dream point of view which was a blur of ‘this’ reality and theres, and apparently it was war-robot and then it started to peck and drill the dream-air. That dream ended when I went back to my body for the secretaries to wake up and find the robot’s nose was a drill and it killed the lady, blood and liquid brains out of her head. It was not fun.

So I flew away, away towards grandma’s house when I past a lake. unfortunately the Master DID have a reason to get at me, for there was a GIANT naked John Simm lounging on his side in the water in the exhibit ‘All About John Simm’, while fangirls spectator and watched. Behind him in distance was the real Master swimming naked in a sectioned-off pool where ‘John Simm Fucks You In Water’, and he wouldn’t let any of the drooling women into the pool. He intended it for me, a very undeserving young lady.

Loud speakers form a hot air balloon in the clear blue sky taunted and laughed at me. The giant naked Simm threw a cheese cracker at my thigh making me fall into THE POOL WITH JOHN SIMM. I began to flail and scream.

The End.

Dream 12-6-09: The Master Returns

Posted in Dreams with tags , , , , , , on December 6, 2009 by Sahkmet

Dream 12-6-09

I haven’t had any dreams for awhile that involved John Simm as The Master in Doctor Who….that is till this month, because he returns in an episode two-parter the 26th…so I guess I’m hyped, and back to the ‘good ol’ days’ of hanging out with my friend Kit ALOT earlier this year.

And so it was, Harold Saxon was wearing a white shirt and working in an officie building. See it was mostly empty, because a large volcano erupted in Witchita, Kansas and was naturally dissolving and cause chaos of America. Thankfully I was some nerd with black hair and wearing a green office dress-suit and in Britain…in the office building…

Turns out I knew this Harold Saxon was a very nasty man, not even a man, and was really The Master. But that didn’t stop him from going all nasty on me, going ‘you have ten minutes to get up here or I will blow something up!’

Well being me who is a mix of cowering in fear and defying, I was running around…though when he mentioned he had my sister hostage, I had to go! By then my dream self was shaking and I kneeled before him as he sat at a desk, with my sibling in a swivlechair behind him. I also was with the reason he could easily kill me if I was not a good little human. At this point I think I was enjoying this dream…till it went into something more surpriseing as sister so happily and curiously said something quite not child-friendly concerning the fact I was at his mercy. With which, Saxon promptely said yes, he would make me. I didn’t like that.

Thankfully (?) the dream began to warp as usual, devaiting from a devious plot, as we brought out the x-box and I told him in my dimension there was a Master video game where he wins in the three episodes from two years ago! Happily he snapped his fingers so I could prove it to him. Popping it in, it was a video game version of the entire first scene of me running up and down levels of the office building with a time limit……

From here the dream was hazy into myself waking up. Recollecitons of being my normal hairstyle and color, in a white room and leash, wearing a white T-shirt and pants. The Doctor was already a slave and I was locked in this room during the events of episode The Sound of Drums where The Master takes over the earth and a climatic action sequence with the Doctor on the Valiant airship.

After realizing that I believe I woke up at this time.

Dream 12-3-09: Gay Captain Kirk and Dr. Who Movie

Dream 12-3-09

Somehow it all began in the bathtub.

Meaning, a bathtub in the dream. Somehow crawling out of it into some wooded area was I, Captain Kirk of the Starship E nterprise, with a cowboy hat in gayish clothing. I had been trapped here against my will by some man, who was..Khan from the episode Space Seed. Worse, he now looked like my old crush…Dracula from Van Helsing.

This Khan/Dracula was forcing me, Kirk, to show he/me was quite gay. It worked frankly, because we rolled together by the log we were sitting on and went into a dream-warped version of the 69 position. From there I was either turning into Kirk participitating, into myself with woman parts, or being in the point of view of a nearby purple mushroom wittnessing the wettish-dream.

I do remember waking up from…that…and residing back into sleep. My sleep forthwith gave me more dreams, this time relating to the fact there was an outdoor movie screen where our old shed used to be, stadium chairs, and behindish to the left in our tree grove were stalls selling DVDs, video games, and stuff.

First the film. The film in fact was a made-up Doctor Who film with David Tennant and companion…older fattish guy in blue. As the doctor goes about doing things, it comes up he’s reminising and missing his lover…er, old friend The Master. I also see my dad and Emily are in the audience watching, and I feel the hope that he would be impressed by the new Doctor series.

Soon minerature puppet figures of a gayish Doctor and John Simm as The Master come up, and they’re tap dancing with cane and top hats! and seriously I swear it was Simmy’s voice so perfect…they were singing and mocking poor Doctor. 😦

I left the staduim to go Christmas shopping. Therein I bought a heavily advertised Gauntlet 2 game for PlayStation 2 for my brother. Going to back, there were candies and beanie babies. And rice Krispie treats! I took a free sample, but I snuck another under the silly teenager eyes of the boy running the thing, as dad passed by chatting with someone, to the pine tree.

That was basically it, right there…

Dream 9-3-09: Driving to Easter Town

Posted in Dreams with tags , , , , , on September 4, 2009 by Sahkmet

Dream 9-3-09.

I had to drive my brother and sister to orchestra rehearsal on the highway, but somehow it went that we were going to Easter Town, a traditional place in our culture. However I got on freeway 25, not 24, and soon in the bright sunny day went on the exit to go across unto the right freeway, in trouble for being lost. But the exist was closed and fenced off.

Soon, we were at Easter with my family. It was there that people were mauled to death by a werewolf, who was actually Robin Williams! We were taking a tour of a building, and in the bush we passed was Robin Williams.  Also Doctor Who was with us.

When we turned the corner there was a portrait and two peacock colored fairies, mostly green, flew out into another portrait of a fine black haired lady, lit by a lamp on the opposing wall. She was the fairy queen and we all backed away warily, whereupon leaving the Doctor to diplomat with her why she sent the werewolf. Somehow, the Doctor became, well, naked! WE left them arguging.

We met back in this kitchen, whereupon we were thinking, who was the werewolf? Well the Doctor had his suspicion it was Robin…

The end. !!

The Ann Arbor Adventure

A stroll from 10:30 till noon, shopping and enjoying the sights of downtown Ann Arbor, MI.

Today, a Thursday, my younger sister was invited again to play and work on the theatre organ at The Michigan Theater downtown Ann Arbor, Michigan.  I have been to the theatre many times, and even saw my first silent film The Sheik as a child at the remarkable old movie palace. This was accompanied by the theatre organ as it was meant to. Theatre organs are more modified and fun versions of pipe organs if one doesn’t know of such things.

My family is involved with the organ and theater world whereas I am not an organ enthusiast. So while my sister played and my dad was there along with other organists, it was my thrill to go shopping down the block of fine establishments from my childhood and modern, present times.

First across the street to the local Borders bookstore. I went there the last Ann Arbor trip a few months earlier where I bought the next installment of the Vampire Hunter D series to read volume 10 and the Daft Punk Alive 2007 album. Today however I continued my adventures. I would spend little time, and money, in Borders today.  So there I was killing time till the Dawn Treader bookstore would open at 11.  I browsed through the latest Mojo and other music magazines, also considering purchasing the Britpop edition which thoroughly *and expensively* fascinated me about the UK’s pop industry. I also considered buying a book of the works of artist John Howe, Stephen King’s Salems Lot and a few books by H. P. Lovecraft. However no real need for the art book, the Salem’s book was too expensive and I would try my luck in the other bookshop (though it wasn’t there, oh well) and I will wait a bit before I delve into the Lovecraftian world with the scary cover-art by John Jude Palancar.

However my eye was caught by the sequel to one of my favorite books The Sight , Fell. I doubt the story, since it’s readily involving humans in the plot unlike the past two wonderful books Clement-Davis wrote will be that good. But my thirst for his work needed to be abated without reading that young adult Crusades book. I will begin this novel after I finish the 1990 research book American Vampire.

Before buying Fell I was a little distressed at the giant section of Twilight merchandise next to the anime and comic book corner. There were flags, chocolates, dolls, guidebooks, banners, posters, jewlery and the like on it’s own shelf and added table stand. The vampire young adult section now, since these books are more popular was no longer just another part of the whole ‘Young Adul’t but now derserved it’s special shelving next to the Twilight mess. In fact some of these novels looked very good, if more into the new phase of vampires in the media: school stories and teenagers.

On to Dawn Treader!

This is a classic used and rare bookstore. From the bottommost of my memories, where trips to Ann Arbor were more frequent when I had my music lessons at the University of Michigan. I bought a hardcover of Dinotopia in my dinosaur faze and bunches of old MAD magazines later on. Now I returned, I feasted my eyes next to the horror section unto a selection of classic Doctor Who memorabilia.

There was a large pink and yellow book of short stories and comics of the Doctors *up till 6 or 7, don’t know officially* written and drawn by various talented artists. However the price was a bit high at almost $30, and I have not reached the ultimate Doctor Who Fangirl stage to put money down on it. Instead it went to other sources.

There were two copies of the short Marvel Doctor Who graphic novel Voyager for $7.50, against something I didn’t want to spend, while also noting the cheesy and cartoonish characters in the plot, and the bright coloration contrasting with alot of inking shadows did not fully let me feel it was worth almost a full $10 bill. If one would like and is in the area, there are two of these still on the shelf.

Then there were the three Doctor Who magazines I bought each for $4.50.

The first to mention is The Offical Doctor Who Magazine No. 94, November. 1984 issue. This issue contains Novel news, a feature on Brian Hayles, the history on the Ice Warriors, and part 5 of The Voyager in black and white, and other such goodies. Not to mention the full color photo inside the color of a Daemon. I look forward to reading this issue about the Black Orchid novel and etc, including an article on the script editor Eric Saward. I don’t recommend however you cutting out the order form of a Do-It-Yourself Doctor Who knitting kit for 8.95 pounds each.

Next up is another of the magazines, this time the summer special 1986. Interviews with Adrienne Hill and Hugh David, a complete guide to new novels, exclusive photos from the Highlander episode of the 2nd Doctor, and a guide on how to be a Doctor Who villain! Special incentive? The pin-up of the first Doctor in color. Nice cane…

Finally my favorite of the bunch, the Doctor Who Season 19 Overview issue 62. apparently this season was a bunch of reruns 1996. Included are reviews by loyal longtime viewers of the aired episodes, smaller articles and a particular one about when Peter Davison (5th Doctor) was sneaked and surprised to be on This Is Your Life. On page 6 there is my most favorite in this magazine; a small ink cartoon of Anthony Ainly stepping out from his statue-piller TARDIS with a zappity plug-in and the Doctor’s diary towards a surprised cartoon Ainley. This is incredibly adorable. Adorable!

After buying these amazing historical doo-dads, I went across the road towards Bigby Coffee, having a small cup of Mutan White tea and a brownie, then browsing quickly the record store before heading back to the theatre to meet up with my sister. From there we ate at Subway where I had a flatbread steak sandwich and I drove the awful Volvo car home. The end. My, it’s hard to steer in that thing…

And so, with my reading materials I am on the way to becoming more knowledgeable about retro Doctor Who. It’ looking like 2nd and 5th Doctors are becoming my favorites…

Dream 8-31-09: The Master takes over our House

Posted in Dreams with tags , , , , , , , , , on August 31, 2009 by Sahkmet

Dream 8-31-09.

It was the dark parking lot of some K-mart, and me, the Doctor, and Kitleigh walked into my bedroom in the building! It was half dark inside and the walls were brown. We sat on the bed as the Doctor explained the Master was coming. We all felt a feeling of anticipation and dread. Chatting with Kitleigh’s parents, they left, and soon she did in the night, leaving me to read a Doctor Who magazine while the Doctor slept under the covers of my bed.

Soon I heard noises, the steathly footsteps of The Master. I thought I was prepared for this, but when he walked in and said ‘Hello!’ I was stammering, my lip trembling and the magazine I was reading. After two tries to say ‘Hello Master’ with only the sucess of ‘Mnmnmnmnma!’ I finally said it, the Master giving me a quizzical look and was standing over the Doctor, pulling the covers back to see him.

“Well, Elizabeth, you’ll have to go to sleep now.” He said and touched my forehead, whereupon I keeled over on the bed to my side, half awake. I heard the Doctor say ‘don’t hurt her!’ and some other gibberish, and I let my eyes close.

When I opened my eyes almost immediately we were in the kitchen, and I watched The Master lay out plans of puting humans in these Dalek-shaped costumes, forever toiling at different factory work, turning themselves into mindless machines! And there *our kitechen became way bigger* was two rows of three, with brushes in their wheels, all different colors going back and forth, mindless. *Fabio was even among them* However there was no one in the middle. That was for me.

The Master turned his back and I began to run. I clambered through windows, down into the basement and out again and up the outside wall to the roof! However The Master was either a step ahead of me, forcing me to change my direction or he was behind me, always seeing where I was going. I climbed the windows, different parts of our house, leaping about scared half to death but he was there, always there, looking quite angry and armed with that laser screwdriver.

Eventually, stuck on the roof by a nail he dragged me down the stairs and put me to work, stuffed into the red Dalek. I was but a human, and he wouldn’t care if I was dead or alive! His attentions are for hte Doctor. There, scrubbing the deck now loosing any thought of my past humanity I escaped and was running down the yard, to the wall. The wall was the safeplace in my dreams, and there I was, going down to the left to clamber over and into the white-brick passageway I hoped was freedom. I had the faint idea that when he does take over the world, I’ll still be out there easily blown up or captured. Hell if he wanted right now he could blow up the whole area, hoping I’m near a blast.

Turning around I saw my dad coming towards the wall! He escaped too! But as I went up and down the brickstone path, climbing a few odd steps and the way getting more dangerous with electric fencing on the sides Dad, catching up, wasn’t talking like dad. I had unfortunately was letting him closer and closer, and he was talking like “So, escaping hmm? Indeed…”

There was a pile of rubble blocking the path now. It was too late for me I thought, and went to the side of the wall, knowing that it was the Master, not my father, standing in front of me.

He threatened to kill me and, well, what else could I do? I begged I wouldn’t escape again and I would willingly get into the machine to become that. I begged over and over until he said yes…but not without some pain. He aimed the screwdriver and electricity from the fencing zapped me. It was powerful, but it was only half a second so it wouldn’ kill me. My scream was delayed and I had the sense my eyeballs had gone white for a few moments as my body spazzed and writhed on the brick, violently.

Sadly I followed him back to the house, clambering inside, hooked up and looking out the holes in the costume. Then Jennifer, a friend of the family came in! I was wondering when the Master would shoot her or not, since it was strange having two strangers in our house with these robots everywhere and wondering where our family is. The Master was very annoyed at her.

And then the dream ended…strangely enough!

John Simm as the Master returns to Doctor Who.

Posted in Fun Stuff, News Updates Other Than My Life, TV Show Reviews and News with tags , , , , , , , , , , , on August 12, 2009 by Sahkmet

For all you Doctor Who fans…and of John Simm…and especially The Master…
I have found  spoilers for the Doctor Who special where Tennant is to be ‘killed off’ and regnerate into the 11th Doctor for the offical season of Doctor Who next year. The new Doctor will be portrayed by Matt Smith.

But how will he regenerate for this final showdown episode this Christmas?

The Master returns, blonde and evil as ever to kill him off.

Link to article of this supreme awesomeness.

The summary of the trailer of this TV special has been provided, as the trailer was shown at the Comic-con this year.

And then there was the trailer for Tennant’s final two-parter, which appears to be called “The End Of Time”:

We see the planet Earth from space, with the sun coming out behind it, and Timothy Dalton’s voice purrs: “It is said that in the final days of the planet Earth, everyone had bad dreams.” And then we see weird laughing faces, followed by David Tennant looking quite perturbed. We see glimpses of Wilf, Donna, Donna’s mother, and an African man in a suit, all looking very serious. And there’s a scary snake-faced creature. And then there’s a figure in a dark hoodie lurking ominously. Dalton narrates: “He returns.” We catch a glimpse of Ood Sigma, the Ood who told the Doctor his song was ending. And then the Doctor standing in the background, with the guy in a hoodie in the foreground. And then the hoodie comes off, and it’s John Simm with his hair weirdly bleached! His voice comes: “My name is the Master.” And then a title comes on the screen: “THE END OF TIME.” And the Doctor walks forward with flames in the background, his face looking smoky and serious. And the title says “CHRISTMAS 2009.” And the crowd goes wild.

Russell T. Davies did confirm that Lucy Saxon, the Master’s long-suffering wife, will be back in the final episodes, alongside Simms. And the words “He will knock four times” have a great significance.

And so there we have it. He will knock four times. You Are Not Alone.

I am so very, very excited for Christmas!

EDIT: Here my friends…I give you, the trailer bootlegged from a watcher at Comic-con.

EDIT AGAIN: New news regarding Simm’s word on after the filming.
